Description

This report brings together international best practices, research on the existing legal codes and systems in Ukraine, and information from consultations with key stakeholders to determine priorities and approaches for monitoring discrimination. The structure and content of the report contains best practices from a diverse sampling of discrimination monitoring and resolution systems with the intent to draw on lessons learned in non-health sectors. The report was developed by the Health Policy Project with support from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
